OUR SERVICES
- Review project documents provided by our client to identify the characteristics of the project .Construction projects are characterized by uniqueness, intensity of resources , interdependence of activities .
- Classify project documents into categories , each category consists of blueprints , specifications , addendums that are related to same activity .
- Take off quantities for materials needed to accomplish each activity in the project as per project drawings and specifications .
- Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) which includes all items needed for the project activities to be accomplished with their corresponding units of measurement and quantities . Some project activities need to be broken down into sub-items with different types of materials required for the activity to be completed .
